Engineering Internship, Andrew Corporation : Denton, TX [06/99 – 01/00]
Developed procedure and templates for production packaging as a part of the factory modernization process. These templates were implemented throughout the factory and resulted in cutting down packaging errors from 40% to 3% Also responsible for balancing engineering demands, management concerns, and production floor practicality while reducing errors and increasing rate of packaging production. The system and templates developed are being implemented in Andrew factories worldwide.
